SWSA cometitors complete Jester Challenge

Martin Lampard in his Moody 31 Drifter and Chuck Dandridge in his Sadler 29 Jhana both completed the Jester Challenge last week.  This single handed challenge requires entrants to sail the 250 mile course starting in Plymouth and finishing in Baltimore, Ireland.  26 Boats left Plymouth on Sunday 16th June and whilst it was not a race, Martin happened to mention that he was second to cross the finish line at around 4.00pm on Wed 19th June.

This sailing event has a charitable purpose and Martin is fund raising for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) research.   This condition ruins millions of lives and he would be grateful for donations to

Congratulations to Martin and Chuck on completion of this significant challenge and supporting this worthwhile cause.
